Visited December 31st 9:30am. WOW. Great breakfast place. A true gem.Our hostess / waitress was very nice and attentive. She came every 5 minutes asking if we were ok and with the coffee. The food was great, big servings so come hungry. The French toast was nice and fluffy. One downside, the cashier guy at the front of the house. When we first walked in there was no line just a guy in front of us. That’s why I took away a star. The cashier and guy were having a conversation that has nothing to do with the restaurant or getting a seat so we waited until they finished their conversation. That was inconvenient.

This is definitely the neighborhood go to spot. Food and service is usually consistently good....Thinking about heading there right now. They close by 3p, so if you want dinner, make early plans...

Very well organised and convenient place. They serve generous meals and for reasonable prices. I liked the meals very much and the staff were super friendly and chatty. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Stopped in on a Monday at about 10am and the place was still rocking with breakfast patrons. The menu is expansive and offers something for everyone. Service was prompt and friendly, coffee refilled frequently with the food coming hot and fast. It was only breakfast, but it was breakfast done RIGHT! We won't hesitate to stop again!

Da restaurant was super nice and la waitress sam was on top of everyting...Sam came and had everyting in order..real respectful and came to check on mi table to make sure we had everyting that we needed...I give da restaurant 4 stars and la waitress 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐March 7th Back at the restaurant again and mi favorite waitress Sam came through again being on top of everyting that she do...I appreciate her very much...prayers n blessings to her...

This place never disappoints! I’ve been coming here for almost five years and every meal has always been satisfying. The portions are big, prices reasonable, and the restaurant is clean. The staff is consistently pleasant. I come so much with my husband that they EXPECT us to show up now. My husband always gets the 3X3X3, which is three pancakes, three eggs, and three pieces of your choice of meat. I’m a little more adventurous. Here’s what I recommend:Cinnamon Swirl French Toast, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, and any of the omelettes/skillets.But really, you can’t go wrong with anything at this place. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and eat here.

This particular Big Apple on Western is great! I have eaten here three times for breakfast and over the phone they are always courteous and professional and I find them friendly when I pick up my food. My meals are well prepared and the serving size is always more than enough! Thank you

OMG! The portions are HUGE and the food is so wonderful that you give the diet a day off, so you can indulge to your tummy's content. I loved my avocado on eggs breakfast, and I would love to come back for more menu-exploration, if not for the early closing. I'd also love to come back and hear the stories behind the farm animals filling every nook and cranny with unexpected delights.

I love this place! They offer fantastic food, they have a rich menu, The cook in that restaurant is very trained, I like a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the clients is very good too. I visit often this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

Best breakfast place ever and excellent service! The food was great and the person in the front overheard us talking about catching a train at 12:30 (we were worried we wouldn’t make it on time), so the waitress told us they were rushing a little so we would be out within an hour. We were very appreciative.

It's so nice to find a local place that does breakfast and lunch consistently well. Love the variety and combos for breakfast the pancakes are really good. Love the soup included on lunch sandwiches the club is filling with great waffle fries. Attentive wait staff, carafe of water on table and flavored creamers are plusses. Friends enjoy the salads

The steak was super bland! I spoke to the manager and he stated they don’t season the meat because people can have high blood pressure. I stated a normal person would expect for their meat to be seasoned. I sent the food back and they put salt and pepper on top, put it back on the grill, and gave it back. Literally the only thing nice about the restaurant was my server. $50 for some food we didn’t eat! What a disappointment

Even though the parking lot was full, seating and service was quick, comfortable, and friendly. Honestly this is probably the best breakfast place I've found in the area. The food was hot and tasty. Everything from the steak & eggs I ordered to the crepes my coworker ordered was delicious. No one had complaints. My coworkers and I will definitely be returning in the near future.

I ordered a to go order of the French Dip sandwich today, it barely had any meat on it. When I say barely I mean I was only able to combine the meat on one half of the sandwich to eat it. The soup was Chicken Florentine unfortunately there was one piece of chicken and hardly any rice, it was basically broth and spinach. I was so disappointed. I’ve been there for breakfast without any issues in the past but today they failed.

I use to love another breakfast restaurant. But honestly I cant change Big Apple but other anymore. Their food is always good, the taste is always the same, the waitresses are always with a smile in there face (that says a lot). Most of the time when we go we always have to wait between 5 to 15 mins to be seated; but that is no problem for us because we know that we will enjoy our breakfast or lunch afterwards. I would give 10 ⭐⭐⭐(stars) if we could. We just want to say THANK YOU and keep up the great work that your doing. Thanks. I will post pictures next time when we go.

They went through the bother to stay open and did takeout during the pandemic. The food is very good.
